The second of back-to-back rooms alongside Painter’s Murderer at Freeing Canada. This one was a real treat because of how long we waited on Unforeseeable Pyramid to open. We also had our friends from Escape Games Reviewer join us which was a first!

Once again the customer service, spacious lobby, and the little things you experience (like free popcorn) before a room at Freeing Canada are excellent. What about Unforeseeable Pyramid then? Was it good? Yes – amazing in fact! The set design, the immersive feel, the quality of the room and the puzzles all fit together really well. There’s several things taking place inside I wouldn’t want to spoil, but there are elements of this room that are sure to please everyone.

Team building, puzzle variety, and an engaging story line made this room particularly fun for me. Was there any downside at all? If there was a downside to this room it’s in the complexity and skill level required. Thankfully I was amongst some of the best escapers I know, but even then we escaped with only three seconds remaining! Yes, three seconds remaining (and that’s a team of six skilled escapers). So in my recommendation of trying out this room heed this caution…it’s difficult! Bring your ”A-Team” with you because you will be challenged. Also make sure you have a team of 5-8 people (depending on the level of engagement you want with the puzzles). There you have it, try this room because it’s currently amongst GTA’s best rooms out there!

As always, happy escaping!

Final Verdict:

8.9/10
